M8 First Birthday Favorite Photo

In the M8 forum, there has been a discussion of M8 users posting on a thread their single favorite M8 photo taken since last November, when the camera first reached our hands. I was volunteered to go first ;-) So here's the challenge: sort through your library of M8 shots and post the ONE shot that is your favorite. Here's mine, taken last March at the Paro Tsechu, a festival in Paro, Bhutan:

Wilson - lovely, and thank you for posting. Over on the M8 forum, Jaap has suggested that each of us should be able to submit three photographs. I'm game, if others are. So: let's see the THREE photos taken with an M8 each of us thinks is emblematic of the camera.

Tough to choose, but I'd go with this Noctilux portrait of my 87 year-old father.

My second effort - "Windy Day" Elmar-M 50 B+W 092 Infra-Red Filter. Converted from DNG in C1 using Edmund's 1102TunedC1 profile. Then converted in Lab Colour mode to B&W in CS3.

Difficult to judge yours - they look good but you are posting very small images. You can post JPEG's up to 244KB and with a maximum dimension of 959 pixels. If your image comes out larger memory size than 244KB with this dimension, just reduce the JPEG quality - you will be pushed to notice on screens that you have done this.
