So far we have 70 posters with 163 photos total. That's a book of more than 300 pages the way I have formatted it, so I think we have to have pix on both the left and right pages.
Let me try some pix with numbers in the page corner. Now, three people have posted more than 3 pix: JLANCASTERD, in posts 22, 89, 110, 143, and 147, for a total of 7, PELIKAN1931, in posts 31, 43, and 124, for a total of 9, and CARYLWITHAY,in posts 87, 95, 112/114, and 160, for a total of 4. Don't do anything yet, but you'll need to select 3 pix for the book. I appeal to Linda Hanson, whose fourth picture (posted as a demonstration, not an official choice, I take it) is so wonderful that I would like to see it in the book. Linda, if you wish, select any 3 of the 4. I'm going to do some more research. Anybody thought about our copyright message?

Sthan, you have until May 18th, end of the day local time, to get your pix into the photo thread.
Luigi, we'll cut off at 3 pix on May 18th. So, what that really means is that you can change your mind until then. Two posters have already swapped one of their pix.

So far i saw nothing but fantastic photos. Hopefully mine is not too far behind.
I'm still learning how to tone b&w images, and somehow when i export from LR the result is quite different than when in the LR browser/loupe. Great photographs everyone. Here are my favorites:
1. "Mi media naranja", 50mm Summicron (this was actually one of my very first Leica M8 shots) 2. "Pinnacles National Monument", 15mm Voigtlander 3. "Fort Funston Hanglider", 50mm Summicron |

Des, I am taking time each night to look at your pic of the Drakensberg Mountains. This is an absolutely stunning photo. Congratulations.

Bill - okay, here are my three, formally, with the supporting data you've asked for. (I've posted two of these earlier in the thread; I am doing this now to ensure the right three are chosen, and that I do what you've asked for.) The only thing I don't know is whether the pixel size corresponds precisely to your spec; all I know is this is the pixel size that works for the Forum.
