This was taken this morning in the middle of the National Park, in the heart of Bogota.

Thanks John, esp for the comment about exposure! I've been working on that.

Jonathan -

Luck plays a part in many of my photos, too. Lovely composition, light, tonal range and contrast. Just a few minutes ago it struck me that the thing you need most to work on with your color shots is exposure (those shots tend to be a bit washed out), but you're really nailing the exposure here and on most of your other B&W shots.

Thanks Stuart,
You're exactly right about having to work on the exposure in color photos...not to give myself any more credit where perhaps only a little is due, but most of the color film I have been using is o from old stock. I wasn't paying attention to the selly by date at first until once, after I'd already bought and shot a 10 or so rolls I noticed that the box of Fuji had a sell by date of 2002...right now I have my last color film in the camera and I'll be sure to check dates from now on!
