Hello,

My name is Mike. I purchased my first Leica in Sept 2012, an M9-P. It is a gorgeous camera and fun to use. I have only been shooting since 2009. I hope to get some good feedback here in this community. I want to learn learn learn as much as I can to get better images. I own way too much camera gear for someone who doesn't make money from the art but... I love doing it for me so the money doesn't matter. I hope to get to know many of you and to learn as much as I can from this community.

Hey Mike,

Welcome to the forum I hope you'll learn allot from guys on here, some are photographing since LONG before I was born (not that hard I'm young) and I've learned quite a bit from a few already.

I switched to Leica in 2012, and it has been great, I've learned so much more since... Before that I shot canon 1Ds with CarlZeiss glass, same quality really, but a bigger package!

I had a M9-P and now the new M (Typ 240) both great cameras!!

I'm not sure where you are located on earth but I usually host a Leica meeting now and then in Belgium or The Netherlands!

Hope to see you around!
