William -
Exquisite light, color, detail, subjects, contrast and composition. About a year ago I read of a hawk taking a very small Yorkie in Central Park. Your two subjects could not have interacted in that manner. |

Bill: Thanks to the state of Colorado for the eagle. It was a tourism promotion in the park
which I accidentally came across. Lucky! It was resting on its trainer's arm. If you want to see more, I have a couple more shots.

William, nice images. BTW, there are several Eagles in Central Park. There are over a dozen individual groups led by world class ornithologists, including folks from the American Museum of Natural History, that inhabit the Park day & night. They often point out the nests. I believe one can prchase a map that has most of the locations of the various species' nests.
