Default excellent detail & colors

impressive that you took this with the 90 macro plus adapter
and handheld!
I think this is a damsel fly, btw
dragonflies have their wings at right angles to their bodies at rest, while damselflies have them tucked back like yours

I looked it up in a book of insects: it seems to be a male Calopteryx Splendens.
