I think this is a damsel fly, btw
dragonflies have their wings at right angles to their bodies at rest, while damselflies have them tucked back like yours

I looked it up in a book of insects: it seems to be a male Calopteryx Splendens.

Superb macro ! impressive it's handeld.. the fly is perfectly drawn (and, btw, me too would define it a damselfly...)
