Default My first post: trees of Oxford, UK.

My first post; back to emulsion after a long travel in the digital world.

Taken with Leica MP and Zeiss ZM 35/2, on Neopan Acros 100 ASA. I didn't like the low latitude of the Neopan film. Film was processed and scanned by Ilford Prints, UK. Asked for A4 size scanning, hence, not of great quality.

Lightly re-touched in Lightroom; very few tweaking: mostly for recovering highlights, turning down saturation to take out the colour cast [don't know why, but there were some redish tint] and cropping.

Advice on taking/reading exposure is more than welcome.

Please C & C. Thanks.

Swagato
from Oxford, UK.

Through the window of my department's study-room; Balliol College playground and beyond.

Leica MP + Zeiss ZM 35/2+ as above.

SS -

In these two, the over processing works, contributing to the graphic nature of the images (especially #1).

thank you all.

actually, i never sharpened any image, it's just the low-res and scanning issue.
i have learnt a lesson: do not crop from 100% view of a low-res scan.
