Jeff Bird Posted March 21, 2015 Share #1 Posted March 21, 2015 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Had to go to the store for a pack of smokes. Looked out of the widow and saw that it was a beautiful night. Automatically grabbed my third eye and took a few photos along the way. My hands may not be as steady as they used to be. But my favorite camera did it's best. Jeff - Each of these images violate Forum rules for both file size (max allowable file size is 300kb), and physical size (largest side no more than 1024 pixels), and for some reason they displayed side-by-side about 3400 pixels wide - I have no idea how that happened. I've replaced the images with properly sized ones. Please stick to the rules. I recognize where these are but will not say where since your location posted on the Forum is so general. Advertisement Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 Hi Jeff Bird, Take a look here Snowy night, Digilux 1. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
stuny Posted March 21, 2015 Share #2 Posted March 21, 2015 Rather nice. The noise is bothersome, and probably worth noise reduction during processing.
Jeff Bird Posted March 21, 2015 Author Share #3 Posted March 21, 2015 Thank you Stuart. Noise? It was still snowing pretty good as I took these. The falling flakes were making beautiful halos around the street lights. Guess my hands were too shaky. Should have brought a tripod.
