jimofnyc Posted September 21, 2014 Author Share #4 Posted September 21, 2014 Thanks Stuart & Paul. Yes I did get to sample. Made a corn casserole. A can of creamed corn, shaved kernels off three ears of fresh corn, some butter, sour cream and a box of corn bread mix all stirred together and baked for an hour in the oven... Need I say more? Tom Barry Posted September 21, 2014 Share #5 Posted September 21, 2014 Excellent photo with the "outdated" camera, and a recipe I think I'll borrow.
allamande Posted September 23, 2014 Share #6 Posted September 23, 2014 T A can of creamed corn.... What's that? When you have so much fresh corn around, why not use all fresh? Your image is so delicious! Ece
fotografr Posted September 24, 2014 Share #7 Posted September 24, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Beautiful. I've been eating fresh corn on the cob at least three times a week for the last six weeks. I would never tire of it.
