the second shot with the green parrot is my favourite. The underwater penguins are a most challenging subject and I am afraid the first obstacle is the water where focussing s difficult and second is shutterspeed. One has to work on strategies here. You can try to darken a little bit the brightness of the head to find out whether the white part of its eyes and above the beak show more texture. If not leave it, just worth an attempt. Animals are a delightful subject, keep going

On the penguins, it was a happy mistake. I like the sense of motion, though proper time to focus and something to rest the camera on would make the water and objects in it sharp and a slow enough shutter would allow the penguins to blur enough to indicate motion.
