A bunch of thumbelina carrots from our local farmers market, morning light in my kitchen. 90/f4 with the macro adapter. Thank you for taking a peek.

Kaethe,
A lovely picture with the rich colors and selective focus. Have you considered cropping the leaf in the top right corner of the picture. I think it might make the picture stronger. Paul

The soft light is beautiful.

Thank you everyone for your comments. I apologize for the long delay in responding, I was taking care of mom health issues.
Michael. I am fortunate, our San Francisco backyards are all very small and most of the buildings are painted a light color making for a giant soft box that reflects a beautiful light into my kitchen every morning. Paul. I will fiddle with the cropping. k |

JRM, thank you for the comment, I did pull the tone curve down to deepen the shadow, so doing that probably popped the color a bit, however the thumbelina carrots are deeper in color than a regular carrot.
Thank you also to everyone who tapped the 'thanks" button. kaeth |

Yeah, sometimes the choices are difficult.... digital can be inflexible sometimes
Be nice to see some more of your work? Cheers, JRM
