In Dearborn, on Saturday Oct. 11 between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm in the Fairlane Room, Bill Rosauer (Editor of the Viewfinder) will be conducting a 50mm "shootout". Bring your 50mm lens and Bill will include it in the comparisons. There are some old and new lenses that should be interesting to compare. Should be fun.

Hi Alan,

I enjoyed meeting you at the LHSA doings in Dearborn It was my first LHSA meeting but it will not be my last! Being a gearhead, the 50mm Lens Shootout was one of the highlights for me, along with meeting a lot of folks who had previousy just been names on the Internet. Hopefully others willchime in with their reactions as well.

Regards, Jim
