According to my information Leica Mayfair are now offering complimentary sensor cleans on all Leica digital compact cameras which includes X and D series But probably need to book the clean which takes approx one hour.

No I have not used the sensor cleaning service for my X cameras but Leica Mayfair have offered to clean my D Lux 5 sensor 'in house' and also mentioned that they can do same for the X series.
