Our Wiki has a FAQ page . I'd like to start contributing to it with common questions and answers collected from the forums. I think the answers should be attributed and link back to the thread message.
For example this thread (http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-...ine-files.html) would be in the FAQ for M9 as the following: I have a black line in my image, how do I get rid of them? "If it's on several images, restart the camera (battery out) and another SD-card." - overgaardcom If this doesn't correct the issue then it may be "...a sensor readout fault out of the box. Return the camera for a replacement." - jaapv Thoughts? |

Hi Lee,
I like the way FAQ were handled for the M8 http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-wiki.en/index.php/M8 thanks to Cbretteville, Rmellio, OrtrcHivib, Delander, Dritz, Lc1999 and RwFreund. Rather than one FAQ page for 170 lenses, 90 cameras, 70 finders, 70 hoods and countless other accessories, I believe we should confine FAQ, Forum discussion, Test Shots, Reviews, Repair suggestions etc. to the individual pages already established. Admittedly, lots more needs to be done, and we eagerly await your (and other's) input. Thanks, Tim |
