Leica R4 engraved Leica 007 on back

Hello,

 

I have just received a Leica R4 with the following engraved on the right back of the camera, just below the wind lever: Leica 007. There is also a sticker on the back door marked Leica USA.

 

Does anyone know anything about this engraving or sticker?
