That is really upsetting, and the thieves probably have no idea what they stole. A good chance that they will be unable to sell it and just dump the stuff.

Am also sorry to hear your loss.  By the serial number it appears the 50-Lux was a E60 V2, which is worth a hell of a lot.  Doubt the theves have any clue though.

Obviously file a police report but also contact the pawn shops in your area if there are any.  I believe you can also report it to Leica should any of this ever get sent in for service.  Maybe keep an eye on eBay and Facebook Marketplace.
