I shall say that the first test i had with the M9 are very promising
i really like this camera , the quality is very good up to iso 640 , the only problem is that it sometimes when you take a picture , trigger another one just after you shot the first one , it happens when you are in soft mode . Beside that i did not notice any thing wrong , the problem above will certainly be solved with the next software update . ![]() Patrick |

I get the occasional two-fer in soft-release mode too - just a function of how sensitive the release is in that mode.
Probably the slight torque-jump as the shutter recocks is enough to push the BUTTON up against your finger. Will have to try more in soft+discreet to see if it happens there, too. (where you have to pull your finger away before the shutter recocks). If that's the case, I hope Leica doesn't "solve" it. There IS a delete button if you get two shots. |
