HELP! unjamed a sync from hotshoe ME

Dear all

I need a help regarding my ME, i try to put a Sync on it and did try to sync with my Canon600. I was so happy of the result.

When i packed my equipement away i couldnt removed the sync from the hotshoe. i did force manipulate... unsucessfull... :confused:

Anyone got a tips?
