Just got my Leica M Monochrom which is a special order from Leica in silver chrome, I think it's the only one in the world, at least for now.... :)

 

Now i'm off shooting....

Answer to your questions:   - How he organised getting a silver, and   * I just asked Leica if I could get a chrome one, easy as that, as i said early in the post...   - What the price was.

Alexandra - congratulations.

 

Really interested to hear how the firmware is on this + what happens with SD cards and discreet mode etc. I'm sure that Leica will have done enough testing on this for there to be no problems, but it will be very helpful to hear your hands-on experience. BTW - are you still holding onto an M9? GREAT to hear contrasting experiences there.

Will test, but to busy with work so i will use the weekend to explore all of this...but if it will

be of any help the firmware is 0.017... will keep my M9-P :)
