My typical loadout with the F-803 is:

-- M8

-- C/V 15mm & Zeiss 21mm f/2.8

-- C/V 28mm f/1.9 & C/V 35mm f/1.7

-- Summilux 50mm & C/V 90mm

Plus a hand-held meter, lens tissue and brush, a couple of finders, spirit level, cable release, two spare batteries, and some cards.

I use two of the short double inserts and all the lenses use double rear caps (in pairs as listed above). The lenses are stored in the cells so the wides are on one end of the bag, and the longs on the other. The double inserts have a thin padded internal divider, so you can stuff the body into a cell with a shorter lens on it and it will accommodate the camera, but when I'm not shooting I usually take the lens off.

This setup does not bulge out the bag. If I need more capacity, I use an F-802.
