New firmware for Kina
I do not know if someone already spread the rumor but I just read on a french Leica users site, summilux.net that a new M8 firmware should appear at the Photokina including support for SDHC cards.

Good news indeed, though I would have liked to have seen more of the email <grin>.
The thing that worries me a little is the reference to SDHC support being for 4 gig cards. Either this is a simplification of the original mail - i.e. it really means 4 gig or greater, or it means there's an addressing problem in the firmware that means 4 gig is the largest size of card the firmware can address, SD or SDHC. This all assumes that the original email is genuine of course.
