How to clean the Arctic Butterfly?

Another cleaning thread - but this time not about the sensor but cleaning the cleaning equiptment. My Arctic butterfly felt on the floor and now leaves smears on the sensor. What should I do?

You can wash it, when i purchased mine I also got some Sensor Brush Wash (cleaning detergent tablets) sold by visibledust .com from my UK supplier

Thanks. Or do you hand wash it? And do you know what´s in this cleaning detergent tablets?

The instructions tell you to dissolve one tablet in 2 cups of distilled water, the tablets are pH buffered, etc. No indication about the composition of the tablets, they are supplied in a bottle with visibledust label.
