Thanks to Chris and Orjan,
I am forgot to look in the package contents. As an FYI... I needed to append
"LeicaM8-" to th begining of each file to show up in Capture One. Works great.

Plenty of ways to do it but I have to say that the easiest works just fine.
I now use the black and white conversion in CS3.
Don’t you hate it when that happens, I had spent ages developing a really great technique and then Adobe comes out with CS3!
I will take some convincing that I need to invest in anything else, now.
