I did a search for the last "how long does coding turn-around take?" and find that, as of early May, it can still take a month or more (usually more) to get your lenses coded and returned from NJ. I still have four lenses to go (having had five coded in a first batch in January.) They are the 135/f3.4, the 90 cron ASPH, the nocti f1, and a late version of the original TE. Do the 135 and the 90 really need the coding? I don't mind losing the TE and the Nocti for a while, because I have options, but with summer here, I'd like to hold onto the longer ones for a while...or at least not lose them for 5-6 weeks, if that's what it is. What do you think?

Anything above 50mm (some even say above 35mm) is highly optional. Hang on to them and enjoy them, and use the filters when needed. You won't need the cyan corner correction to fix the colours with longer lenses.
