lphong Posted May 31, 2014 Share #1 Posted May 31, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Not an important question, just for my curiosity: I have bought a M4-2 aaaaages ago but only very recently I have found that, according to a number of sources, it should only have 35, 50, 90 and 135 frame lines. But mine has 28 and 75 as well... (I usually use 28 and 75 so I am very sure about that!) have the sources I read made a mistake or else? Advertisement Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 Hi lphong, Take a look here Why does my M4-2 has more frame lines than it should?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
k_g_wolf ✝ Posted May 31, 2014 Share #2 Posted May 31, 2014 Nothing mysterious here. Did you buy the camera s/h? Then the preowner must have upgraded the framelines. Or you ordered it ages ago and forgot about it ... The 28/ 75mm framelines apperared at a later stage together with the M4-P. LEICA still offers a change/ addition of framelines for older cameras acoording to the needs of the client. Best GEORG
