M3 CLA in UK

I have an M3 and want to get it CLA'd and restored i.e. Viewfinder Cleaned/Replaced, Vulcanite Covering Replaced, New Top Plate if possible.

 

Am I best sending this to Leitz-Park? Or is there somewhere in the UK I can get this done?

If the top plate is knackered, why not send it to Peter Grisalfi at CRR Luton? He can do the CLA, re-silver the prism if needed, and then repaint your M3 in black, olive or whatever.

You might have to wait 3-4 months for a slot, but Peter usually returns the camera within 2-3 weeks of starting the work. He CLA’d my M2 and it was back in my hands in ten days.

I can highly recommend Red Dot Cameras who did my M2. Some parts were even replaced for free for less scuffed versions and the originals returned.
