seems to be a interesting lens, they also mention the bokeh as very good in the describtion, do you agree with this?

I'm guessing their comment about bokeh is just an acknowledgement that because it's a fast lens (for a 21mm) there is at least a chance of some out of focus areas in the shot. So far I haven't shot anything which puts that to the test.

Could you talk a bit about the ergonomics of this lens? Is it really big? How much of the lens protrudes into the rangefinder view? I understand that the petal style hood is permanently attached and can't be removed. What about the weight and balance on the M?

Thanks!

It's similar in size to the WATE, which I have as well. It definitely blocks a chunk of the viewfinder (crummy photo attached, taken by holding iPhone up to eyepiece). I use the Frankenfinder, so the cutoff is not an issue at all.

It's a hefty lens, but feels great in the hand and balances nicely.

As typical for Voigtlander, the build quality is excellent.

Mike

Back to the question of bokeh...

here are a couple close shots, which might give you some idea of the quality of the out-of-focus areas. The parking meters were at f1.8 and the branch at f2.4 (it was too bright for wide open.)
