Default Leica Accessory Identification

I have a number of older (and I suspect collectible) Leica accessories given to me a number of years ago by a relative and would like to sell them online. However I first need to identify specifically what the items are (for those that are not obvious). After that, I'll obviously need to get a sense of their market value.

Can anyone tell me of any online resources for pricing and/or identification?

Great -- thanks!

I took photos of all the items from various angles -- lots. There's a thumbnail below -- I'll put the full-sized version up at http://www.anacys.com/leica.png in a minute.

The most interesting and valuable item is doubtless the Leicavit. Really nice is, that the instruction booklet is with it. I've never seen it before.
Leicavit estimated value euro 400-600.

Yes, the Leicavit is an item still chased by collectors : its value is significant (I second Erik's evaluation). The other are relatively common items: the RASUK (RASAL, ROSOL RAMET ...? don't remember...) folding sport viewfinder (first pic) is interesting, and not to be thrown away...it's the most "complete" version, with folding additional mask, parralax adjustment... a fine item that could bring around 100-120 Euros , the same about for the near focus accessory (item I) probably a NOOKY, that is common but always fine. The external self timer + case (APDOO+APOOM) is too a common item... let'say.. 50-60 Euros if good; hoods and filters have low evaluations, expecially if you want to SELL (for my collectors' experience, thes kind of common accessories have to be used as "partial trade-ins" when you are discussing a buy with a dealer... )
The item K is uncommon, I think : seems to me it's a booster cell for some old type of Leicameter (lightmeter)... I remember that such an accessory did exist... fine that it's complete with case, pity there isn't the meter it would attach to.

Luigi,
It is a common item, already published here.

Ack!! I've seen that meter around my office somewhere! -- Just can't remember where; it wasn't with the stash of other Leica accessories I have. Any idea what the value would be if I could find the meter itself?

What really burns me is that the cameras they came with were damaged beyond repair in a basement flood 12 or so years ago. I'd probably be keeping these accessories for myself if I still had those.

Item 'A' looks like a "sports finder"
Item 'C' looks like a hood for v1 50mm f2.0 Summicron/35mm f2.8 Sumaron.
Item 'D' looks like a filter adapter, probably one that lets you use E39 filters on a lens that takes A36 filters.
Item 'F' loks like a FIKUS hood - for use with 50mm-135mm lenses.
Item 'I' looks like a Nooky-Hesum, close focusing device for 50mm lenses on a Leica III.
Item 'J' looks like a FISON (A36) hood for 35mm Sumaron/50mm Elmar.

'A' is a Universal frame finder code named ROSOL, catalogue #12040. Fot 50mm, 90mm, 85mm (early models) ang 135mm.
'H' is a self timer, code named APDOO, catalogue #14003
'L' is probaly a CSOON flash cord. Alterantively a CTKOO, but that is for M3 only and as the rest of the items are for screw mount Leicas it is improbable.

Corrections:
'C' is an ITDOO hood.
'D' is most likely a SOOTF, the adapter lets one use Summitar 'L' filters on a lens that takes A36 filters.
'I' is a SOOKY not a NOOKY-HESUM, close focusing device.
