Haven't idea... a Leica not "Leica format" ? But the metal finishing of the "body" does indeed resembles the finishing of my Bellows II... maybe some scientific - repro apparat ?

Rodenstock Eurygon... isn't it a lens for repro work ? Maybe a camera for art reproduction... to be used in museums and so (tilt & shift can be useful for 3D items like statues) ... maybe that strange ruler serves to determine with great precision the repro ratio; boh ? would it be so.. a sort of grandmother of this ...
