Default Summi - Luck!

Sorry for bragging but I want to share...

I was able to find these Summilux lenses locally within the same week from two different private sellers. You rarely see these at all over here.

Those are cool looking pair lens. I have the one with Goggles and I found a hood for it too... Cost me an arm for the hood. You are not bragging... just a proud parent!!

Caution... I find that the Goggle 35 lux has a rear shroud that will not allow you to focus pass 10 mm or so on the M8.

my m3 and yours were in the factory at the same time -- my serial is 977-922

pretty close in serial # there... yours is really pretty with the summilux

The M2 model looks sweet. To bad the lens is all but unuseable at 1.4.

Leica can correct that - or at least they can with the non-goggled version, I assume the cause of the problem is the same in both.

I bought a non-goggled 35mm Summilux a few months ago and that's ok, another one I nearly bought from Ffordes before that wouldn't focus to infinity on an M8. Being a dealer Ffordes were able to confirm the problem over the phone.
