Schneider Xenon 50mm f1.5?
Anyone have any info on or experience with the Schneider Xenon? Not the leica SM variant or the THC version, but the actual SM rangefinder coupled Schneider version?

Are you sure that Schneider did offer the lens in LTM mount ? I never saw one, and the agreement with Leitz (with the Taylor Hobson patents) I think made not strange that Schneider by itself wouldn't have marketed this kind of lens with Leitz RF coupling.

YUP! Interesting item, surely... I admit I haven't access to decent docs on Schneider lenses... they produced thousands in the years... if someone has links about I will appreciate... I know also the Schneider in mid '60 made the 180 2,8 for Visoflex that Leitz put for a short time in their US price list (James Lager gave this info some years ago). I'm intrigued to find other infos on this very respectable vendor. Thanks for your pictures, Mark, me too will download & keep it...
