What does a Focaslide do?

Could veteran users tell me/us what a Focaslide (e.g. FULDY) does, and how it works?

Are there different versions, for pre-war and post-war LTM, and for later M cameras?

It's a device mainly for copying but also usable for macrophotography. You attach the Focoslide to a copy stand or tripod. The lens goes on the front. On the back there is a mounting for the camera body and a focusing screen with eyepiece. And there's a slide (in most models) or other arrangement so you can line up either the focusing screen or the body with the lens. So the drill is:

• 
  Slide the focusing screen into position. Frame and focus. Adjust the aperture.
  Slide the other way so the camera body is in line with the lens. Make the exposure.
  Repeat till done.
  

There were all sorts of special focusing mounts and extension tubes, copy stands, macro lenses and so on. And yes, there were lots of different models of Focoslide over the years.

Does anyone have a picture of an LTM camera mounted on a Focaslide? The space beside the magnifier seems limited.
