M2 question

Today I bought a rather nice M2. Funny thing is that its serial number 1092356 belongs to a group of numbers that have not been used for camera bodies. I am sure this camera is from 1964. Does anyone know about serial numbers from the same group that do not appear in the lists, but thar have been used on camera bodies anyway?

Thanks, Lex

Thank you, JC! Where did you find this? In the list with serial numbers in Laney, and also on Summilux.net this information wasn't available.

One of the several sources : Leica Serial Numbers: M's Sorted by Type

Also Erwin Puts does quote that batch in his "Leica Pocket Pod" : http://www.apo-telyt.com/at-pdf/leica-puts-pocket-book.pdf
