Constructive criticism: In this one, the highlights are 'blown out' or 'fried.' If you're making RAW files, you can recover some of the lost detail - but not this much - during conversion.

Lots of folks make a personal Profile to reduce EV by -2/3, especially when shooting with a contrasty lens in such strong light. And with reflective subject matter to boot!
