Food as landscape

I'm probably a barbarian in an artistic way, Imants - but you have lost me here. I cannot make sense of this photograph.

fair enough jaap. but I love this. it seems like a Francis Bacon with pork (no pun): low light, nameless incomplete bits of animal shapes, a Goya still life maybe? The blackness around, the gory colour. nice one Imants.
