Default Two Sides of Grief

A few moments after I photographed the nun in Notre Dame waiting for confession (http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-...g-reading.html) I walked around behind the altar and saw this view of the grieving Virgin. I needed to shoot twice, since both views appealed to me so. You can see more of Notre Dame interiors on the 4th page of Paris photo galleries on our site.

Dramatic light and your chosen angle captures the mood very well Stuart.

Default AW: Two Sides of Grief

Stuart,
excellent light and colour, my opinion too, and perfect for a study of a sculptural work like this.

Regards,
Andreas
