Default The gondola yard

M2/35 Summicron/Kodak Supra 200 (4 shots, stitched)

The only place left on "mainland" Venice where they still make and repair gondoli

(It's very difficult not to take the usual postcard shots while in Venice, btw. Everywhere is very photogenic, but a bit "samey")

I think this is the first photo of "mainland" Venice that I have ever seen with a tree in it.

Andy, well done. I understand you want to keep this lens.

Andy -

Delightful. BTW: It takes about 20 years of apprenticeship before an apprentice is allowed to build his first gondola.
