Jan, a fine graphic shot. Was the 135 of similar vintage to the M3?

...yes, this is the old one (1965) but a realy great optic..(leica needed 35 years to do a better one and the difference is marginal..

I like the photo, it has a nice geometrical expression and the people on the bridge give a feeling for size.

Thank you Jan. I presume it is the Elmar rather than the Hektor? I ask because I skirmished with the idea of getting a Tele-Elmar but still like the idea of a good Elmar.

This is one of the first Tele-Elmar lenses!!..

Jan I hadn't realised that the tele-elmar was introduced so long ago as 1965.

some guys said, this is the first "APO" lens...it isn't, but it is the best of the "time" untill the new real APO....
