Dear Caryl
No that's in Vietnam I think you have a same landscape in Thailand too Hoi An is very wellknown place for visit but around Hoi An it's less wellknown and life is very different That's a quiet place where we can live in the middle of a country and can eat some delicious food with local population Thanks Caryl for looking and comment |

I second Caryl with her statement.
Yes I enjoy this series. I was in Vietnam few years ago and can confirm that food was just great. Thank you Doc Henry for sharing it with us Pierre-Olivier |

Could you travel to the Jars' plain in the north, to the Boloven plateau in the south ? The countryside provides a deep feeling of hospitality, and they still grow delicious cherry trees ![]() I met there people both delicate and energic. And it came to me as an evidence : the food is obviously in accordance with their civilisation. |

Dear Michel
People in SE Asia live with a different style than us.Per exemple the population around Hoi An where i lived with them for some days (humanitary program consultation of elderly and children) they are so pretty and i never forget their graciousness They are less things (not like us) but always smiling. When they have some food they share with all ! For Laos, i never was in Jarre's plain but for Boloven i will go this year Best regards |
