Pierre-Olivier -

This appears to be the Ma Ha Gan Da Yon monastery. Lovely composition, light, angle and selective focus.

Pierre Olivier,

I was really struck by the young monk at the end of the chow line. I think he makes the picture. His expression lures you in. As you know I'm a B&W fan so I played with your image a bit, working it so that all the attention is on the last monk. I think your image has a lot of strength! I hope it was O.K. to do this. I'm enjoying your posts very much.

Cheers,
Wilfredo

Wilfredo I do enjoy having comments and advices. It is even better when I can have some ideas or different treatments. I like your B/W version and it is a real pleasure and great added value for me. I am very often hesitating between colour and a B/W. Most of the time I post color.
Thank you Wilfredo

I'm glad you liked the B&W version. Your work is great and consistently good. I look forward to more. You raise the bar on this forum.
