M3 35mm Summaron Fuji Velvia 100
View from Sera Cafema, Namibia accross the Kunene River into southern Angola. This is about as remote as one can get on this planet! Thanks for viewing, MIKE |

Azzo, Stuart, Henri,Gunnar & John- Thank you very much for your comments, really appreciated!. I was sifiting through some slides and found this one, which I had misfiled.
Post processed with Mac's Aperture2, which I downloaded yesterday on a trial basis. I think I will buy it, still can't figure out how to resize photos.....something I'm missing..........?? It's so much easier to "save for web" on PS. Thanks again. MIKE |

Al- The Kunene River's source is in the central Angolan highlands approx. 1, 000 kilometres from this spot and the river comes rushing through this barren & desolate landscape and empties out into the Atlantic.
This has got to be one of the most amazing sights I've ever seen. So you have strip along the river, a lush oasis which supports a variety of wildlife, elephant, giraffe, lion, leopard and a number of antelope species. Thanks for the comments. MIKE |
