Original viewpoint! Whenever you see this church (I guess you spelled it right, except for the ä in Gedächtniskirche) you see it as a whole. From up close it gives me a better feeling of what it must have looked like before it was destroyed.

Yes, Marco, that was what I thought. The new church and tower are IMHO not particularly interesting from the outside. The inside of the church however has the most wonderful light from the blue glass panes.
