Default Finally a calm blue day

Finally the rain stopped, the wind died down and incidentally the frost came.
The white balance is correct on this one, look at the snow on the mountain. The world literally turned blue just after the sun vent down. Very pretty. However what always surprises me is the moon illusion. When looking at the moon it appeared twice as big as in the photograph. And what happens in the photo is that after you have seen the real scene, the moon reflection on the water appears to be disproportionately large. But anyway, enjoy

The technical data is:
M8.
CV 35 mm PII lens, a lovely little lens very sharp and contrasty.
ISO 320
UV/IR filter
Not a coded lens.
F 2.8, at 1/20 sec, handheld. (I know should have taken out the tripod).

Thanks for the positive comment.

Maybe you "should have", but you managed quite well without it. How cold was it when you took this? It is quite pretty!

Blues are terrific, as is the sharpness and the composition. It would make a great print.
