At precisely this time I was in my car just starting my journey from Croydon to Acton - about 20 miles - which took me 2.5 hours. Not bad really, it took me 3.25 hours to get home again.
I had a lot of decisive moments during that time! |

Thanks for the responses. It occurs to me that people seeing the title might think I was trying to recreate or promote the work as similar to CB. The title was meant to be partly ironic, in that as I was trying to photograph the building, all at the same time the birds entered the frame and the car started up creating the flash of red on the wall. I suppose I was saying that it looked like I had waited for events to enter the frame and caught the decisive moment the picture came together. I know I did react to the car light thinking it would be cool to capture the reflection of its brake lights against the wall but really, I'm just not that clever when it comes to photography. I do however stand by the nice way that the R-D1 captures images in low light situations which is what I was really striving for.
