Default Grassy knoll

It was over-the-top-of-your-boots wet by Elterwater this morning. Sun was shining though

Beautiful.

Been having some good weather 'up north' then?

This has the distinct look of an iron age hill fort or perhaps even a crannóg.

An ideal place to take a shot from, as well as a shot at.

Glad you got the sunshine, sorry I could not make the trip.

Double speed wipers on the M6 driving up. The rivers are in spate, too.

I think this is just a lump, nothing more.

Interesting. As you can see, despite shooting directly into the sun, I wasn't looking for a silhouette of the trees.

Glad you had some good weather Andy. As you know I wasn't able to come along as we were in Derbyshire to celebrate my wife's birthday. We should have come along with you - the weather was appalling.

Lovely photograph - beautifully exposed
