I had to run uptown today, and brought my FX10 along in by briefcase. The first shot is a block away from my office. The second is about two blocks later, on a corner of Broad Street, near the NY Stock Exchange. The third I snapped while testing my laptop and talking to my assistant on my cell phone. The last is a frieze on the wall at Radio City Music Hall. the address, 1270 Avenue of the Americas is really 6th Avenue, at least to us New Yorkers. I thought of listing this one separately as "she has great abs". Perhaps I still will. You can see additional recent NYC photos are on the 3rd New York page of our site.

As one who used to complain about multiple images being displayed in a horizontal row on the old forum, can I direct you to Brian's multiple image posting tip, Stuart?
http://www.leica-camera-user.com/cus...s-threads.html This new software screws up the display, even on a Mac and using Firefox. Thanks!

Andy -
I too was a major complainer about horizontal scrolling, frequently citing usability study results. I just reread Brian's note and saw what I was missing, and why I never found the paperclip icon. Thank you. BTW: At home the 2nd & 3rd image were on the same row. At work they are not. |

Thank you, and I am lucky that way. Interestingly, some of the world's most beautiful cities, such as Paris, have congruent, consistent architecture. Instead, New York is a strange mixture, sometime providing enchanting disharmony or harmony, and other times not. |
