Chris,

Lovely composition, lighting and colour and the film choice works well with the character of the image

Very dramatic. You caught some lovely light here.

Chris - Lovely shot, beautifully rich greens and a feeling of timelessness. I like the way the clouds are in front of one range and behind the other, too.
cheers:
Sam

Chris,

I like the way you kept the detail in the forground. What a richness.
I keep looking at this one, very well captured.
Thanks for sharing,

met groet,
Harry

Lush greens and the clouds capture the place perfectly.

Typical July weather...

Nice shot, especially the light and the deep green colors.

Andy and everyone else who has taken time to look and to comment,

Many thanks for your generous comments. The Pikes are a favourite of mine and I am happy to propogate apprecation of their awesome beauty in my own humble way.

Andy: it was not a typical July for us this year but what is typical may be changing.
