Barbara planned our most recent visit to Washington DC after I arranged a private, after hours tour of the Capitol with a colleague who had been a five-term congressman from Wisconsin. From there Barbara added a myriad of things for us to do and see - things new since our last visit, or things we missed in the past. Of the new things, #1 on the list was the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial.
