pauledell Posted August 25, 2013 Share #2 Posted August 25, 2013 Wonderful shots especially the second. It has been forever and a day since I seen the Oregon coastline. Paul
platypus Posted August 25, 2013 Share #3 Posted August 25, 2013 Really like both. There's wonderful detail in the foreground of the second shot with the footprints and driftwood, but the first has lovely subtle textures.
Karl G Posted August 25, 2013 Share #4 Posted August 25, 2013 Very nice series with the Queen Ann's Lace and the famous coast with the people providing scale.

taosantamonica Posted August 27, 2013 Author Share #10 Posted August 27, 2013 Thanks for all the nice comments and the 'thank you's' !!!!!! Bill Schneider...the rocks were in the very southern part of the Oregon coast between Brookings and Gold Beach. I drove up the Ca, and Or. coasts from the L.A. area and I'm heading to the San Juan Islands in Wa. now. It's been a wonderful trip for visual beauty!!!! Thank you for stating the location of the photo. As you will see there are a few similar looking rocks along the coast. I'm sure you will enjoy your trip thru Oregon and Washington. The San Juan Islands are a magical kind of place for photography. Cheers
