ns_ng Posted June 24, 2013 Share #1 Posted June 24, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) Perched on a high cliff overlooking the sea, this Hindu temple is an iconic image of Bali. Unfortunately, there was no tropical sunset over the sea due to the heavy clouds. In the end, I had to post process in b&w to bring out the lights and clouds. A850 + 35-70 VE. Be careful when visiting this temple as there are monkeys who will snatch away your spectacles! Welcome, dear visitor! pauledell Posted June 24, 2013 Share #3 Posted June 24, 2013 A wonderful picture with the composition, the tones and clarity. The sky with the clouds is spectacular. Paul
Northwest Wanderer Posted June 24, 2013 Share #4 Posted June 24, 2013 Really nice b&w. I don't think color would add anything to it.
platypus Posted June 25, 2013 Share #5 Posted June 25, 2013 Looking at this a second time; really nice b&w and all the elements are beautifully balanced, light, clouds, sea and cliff.
ns_ng Posted June 25, 2013 Author Share #6 Posted June 25, 2013 Really nice b&w. I don't think color would add anything to it. There weren't much colors as the clouds blocked the setting sun. This gives me an excuse to go back to Bali! Thanks, N S Ng
